Gochujang is a red chili paste used to make many traditional Korean dishes. Historically, Korean households would make their own homemade Gochujang. In that spirit, our small batch Gluten-free Gochujang follows our very own Choi family recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation from our home in Portland, Oregon. .
