We bring together Whelks, Smoked Cod Roe, Eels, and Spicy Smoked Sardines. - Whelks are cooked inside the can itself, with a lightly spicy flavor. - Smoked Cod Roe is sliced and coated in olive oil over a layer of vegetables - carrots, cucumber, and chili pepper. - Eel comes in Escabeche sauce made with vinegar, garlic, olive oil, bay leaf, and pepper. - Sardines are smoked, to which we've added a slight spicy touch of chili pepper.
