TO USE: The Hapad extra small metatarsal support pad should be placed right behind the metatarsal head or the ball of the foot and NOT UNDER.
TIP: Use only a part of the adhesive while adjusting (do not peel off entirely yet). Walk around to determine if it's in the right comfortable position. Once you're comfortable with the positioning, mark the spot where you want to put the pads, then peel off the adhesive back entirely and simply stick it onto the shoe insole.
