We created Chai as our ultimate sweet and spicy chai tea at the request of our customers. This blend features black tea from India, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and natural cardamom and vanilla flavors. How to Make Chai 1. Heat one pint of milk and one cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until warm. 2. Add 3 level teaspoons of Chai tea and six Demerara sugar cubes (or to taste). 3. Simmer for 4 minutes. 4. Strain into mugs or teapot.
