Jerk Seasoning Powder would normally require hours of preperation and cooking time. You can now mimick the flavors of true jamaican jerk with your chicken, beef or fish using our special originating recipe for authentic Jerk seasoning in powder form. To use: Lightly wash poultry with lemon juice and drizzle olive oil, dash over your seasoning and let marinate. Heat up your grill or oven to 375f and cook like you would at a family dinner to your taste. (Internal temp above 175f) with the outside crisp just as you like it.
