Polypropylene is the base material for polyester. We cut in many shapes and sizes and have completed over 15,000 orders in the past year. These filters are designed to fit into most face masks and can be trimmed with a pair of scissors. They can be worn repeatedly and can be washed. Note that washing could separate the fibers making the filter less effective. Storing filter in dry paper bag for several days can make them ready for reuse better than washing. These filters are completely carbon and fiber glass free.
