There's only one habanero pepper produced in Mexico that's hotter than the orange habanero: the red habanero. But, these orange habaneros don't mess around, either. These are what you want if jalapeos and serranos just don't have the heat you need. They're traditionally used as an accompaniment to cochinita pibil, and you can also use them (sparingly!) in stews, sauces, and -- if you dare -- nachos and quesadillas. Just don't say we didn't warn you. You'll get four 7.4 ounce jars, each with about three servings.
