Now we have made them 3 ply thick for even more support. These are extremely aggressive sleeves. You will think you have an actual powerlifting knee wrap on. They provide an incredible amount of support for a knee sleeve. Sold in pairs only. Sizing is based on the measurement around your knee joint. Medium 8-9 inches. Large 9-10.5 inches. X-Large 10.5-12 inches. XX-Large 12-13.5 inches. XXX-Large 13.5-15 inches. XXXX-Large 15-16.5 inches. 5XL 16.5-18.5 inches. If in doubt go up a size!
