Si'doux rice syrup is obtained by the transformation of the starch contained in grains, i.e. by the action of the amylase. Usage: This rice syrup, with its delicate, mild and fairly neutral taste, can easily be used in a wide variety of preparations. It is perfectly suitable for pastry but it can also be used to sweeten yoghurts, hot drinks, on sandwiches or pancakes, and in sweet-and-sour dishes.
