Genuine Italian red onion mostarda artisanally prepared in Cicognolo (Cremona Area, Italy). Mostarda is an Italian speciality, and its most famous version comes from Cremona, where fruits are candied, spiced, and eaten with boiled meats or with cheese. It\'s made with briefly cooked fruit, so that it still has bite. It features a sweet-spicy flavour and a nose-tingling scent provided by the mustard essence. Some variants are made with vegetables (instead of fruit). Ingredients: red onions* 66%, brown sugar*, water, lemon juice*, natural mustard flavouring. (*Organic). Allergens: mustard. It may contain traces of celery. Gluten free. Store in a cool place. Mostarda enthusiast Diego Luccini puts all his passion into his family-run business. He prepares mouth-watering delicacies using the traditional recipe passed down from his mother Caterina. His production encompasses different kinds of fruit mostarda, vegetable mostarda, preserved vegetables, and sauces.
