A delicious blend of corn meal and spices, this breading is the perfect coating for fish, poultry and vegetables. This mix was developed over years of trial and error in our fresh fish restaurant here in Kansas City until we finally got it right. We got it so right, in fact, that people started begging us to sell them the breading from our kitchen just so that they could enjoy the same taste at home. This breading can be pan fried, deep fried, baked or even broiled. Simply wash the fish in a milk bath, coat in our famous seasoning, cook until a golden brownand then savor the flavor! You can almost still hear Mad Jack himself saying Buy, Eat, Enjoy, Repeat.
