L-Tyrosine is a conditionally essential amino acid. L-Tyrosine can be converted by neurons in the brain and in the adrenal medulla of the adrenal glands to dopamine, norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine neurotransmitters that are depleted by stress or overwork.
