A sauce mix for Spaghetti Bolognese with tomato, garlic and herbs. 4 servings. - Prepare and Use: You Will Need. 450g (1lb) minced beef. 1 onion, chopped. 100g (4oz) mushrooms, sliced. 1 packet Schwartz Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe Mix. 400g tin chopped tomatoes. 275g (10oz) spaghetti, cooked and drained. Directions: 1. Brown the minced beef and onion in a saucepan. Add the mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes. Drain excess liquid. 2. Stir in the packet contents and tomatoes. Bring to the boil, stirring. 3. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Serve with the spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese. Microwave: Directions for 750W: Place minced beef in a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes, stirring once. Add mushrooms, cover and cook on High for 2 minutes. Drain excess liquid. Stir in packet contents and tomatoes. Cover and cook on High for 10 minutes, stirring once. Serve on a bed of Spaghetti
