Windsor Red or also known as Red Windsor is a traditional British cheese. Combine port and brandy and mix it during the cheddaring process and you will get a fine looking cheese that tastes as good as it looks. During maturation Windsor Red adopts a red-pink marbled appearance that clearly distinguishes itself from the rest of ordinary cheeses on any cheese plate or buffet.
